Chocolate Recipes for the Outdoors
There is an unwritten rule that when outdoors you need chocolate, well maybe not, but it is very popular and for some reason always seems more enjoyable in the fresh air of the outdoors.
The cocoa bean is the heart of chocolate from here comes the three main styles, milk, dark, and unsweetened. (White chocolate doesn't actually have any cocoa in it.) Each of the chocolate types is combinations of different levels of ingredients such as sugar, cocoa butter, milk, and/or vanilla.
When thinking of camping and chocolate the s'more and hot chocolate around the fire are the two that are often the first thing to come to mind but there are a wide range of other recipes including chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, chocolate cookies, chocolate pudding, and chocolate lava cake.
