Perfect while RV’ing or traveling for work, this Chocolate Protein Microwave Pudding is a healthy dessert or snack. You prepare the base mix ahead of time, with simple ingredients, then package it for travel. When you are ready for a quick dessert or snack, you simply add water and microwave to cook.
Traditionally, both microwave cakes and high-protein cakes have a bad reputation. They tend to have a dry and dense texture. This recipe offers a lighter version of these two cakes that can easily be cooked in an RV’s or accommodation’s microwave.
High in protein, this snack is a valuable contribution to your nutrition. You can also add fresh or dried fruit for additional fiber. Served with yogurt adds more protein and calcium. The mix is made completely of powders, so store for long periods of time until needed.
