Blues Hog was started by the late Bill Arnold who built it up from the backyard to an extraordinarily successful competition-style BBQ sauce.
Often referred to as the “Award-Winning, Choice of Champions” a significant number of competition barbecue teams and chefs use it around the world. It has won more awards than any other commercial sauce on the market.
Currently led by barbecue entrepreneur Tim Scheer the Blues Hog brand has grown to include an ever-expanding range of sauces, a line of rubs, and even a charcoal range.
