Six Time Barbecue World Champion

Mark Lambert has been competing in barbecue for almost two decades. during this time he has gone from backyard to multi-time World Champion.

On this amazing barbecue journey, Mark has also created and built up the well-respected brand of Sweet Swine O’Mine which includes a wide range of products including rubs, sauces, and pickles.

When not competing Mark is still experimenting, learning, and cooking. Having recently completed a new addition to his warehouse designed for classes and recording educational videos I am sure that we can expect to continue to see a lot more from Mark in the future.
