Bill has been cooking traditionally his whole life. Starting with Dutch ovens while a scout then fine-tuning his barbecue in Georgia.
Currently, he runs the Moose Creek BBQ and Grill in Stevensville Montana with his wife Paula. He serves a wide range of traditional barbecues while Paula creates a wide range of jams and amazing banana bread.
As part of their catering business, they have a fully operational, period-accurate chuckwagon that they cook out of.
