Easy Steak Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 steaks
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce sliced
- 1 tub cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing to taste
Directions
- Combine the soy sauce, oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Rub over the steaks and leave to rest while you light the BBQ and prepare the salad.
- Divide the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese among four bowls.
- Cook the steaks on the BBQ to your preference. Let rest while you clean the BBQ.
- Dice the rested steaks and place them on top of the salad. Add dressing, to taste.
