This is a perfectly refreshing summer salad packed with healthy ingredients like fresh watermelon and blueberries. Even the dressing includes the blending of fresh blueberries. It is balanced by spicy arugula and salty feta cheese.

The bright and contrasting colors of the salad make it stand out. It is a pretty and gourmet-style salad, although it’s as easy to make as any other salad. Blues, reds, greens, and whites make it an eye-catcher.

While traveling, if you go to fresh farmer markets, you may find alternative fruits that you can swap out to make variations. Possible fruit substitutions include raspberries, cantaloupe, and strawberries. Let your imagination (and the season) be your guide.
