This simple yet tasty radish slaw recipe was cooked on Dipper’s Backyard BBQ Wars Episode 1.
Containing many of the same elements as a traditional slaw this version’s spin is the use of slices of radish that provide a wite and red element in the presentation along with a little twist to the flavour.
To keep the vegetables crisp add the dressing just before serving.
1 small cabbage
10 red radish
2 stalks of celery
4 spring onions
coleslaw dressing of choice, to taste
Finley slice the cabbage, radish, celery, and spring onion.
Combine all the vegetables and put aside until ready to serve. Just prior to serving lightly toss through the coleslaw dressing.
