- 1 small cabbage
- 10 red radish
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 spring onions
- 1 cup coleslaw dressing

- Finely slice the cabbage, radish, celery, and spring onion.
- Combine all the vegetables and put them aside until ready to serve.
- Just prior to serving lightly toss through the coleslaw dressing.
