Radish Slaw

This recipe is provided by Dipper's Backyard BBQ Wars

Containing many of the same elements as a traditional slaw this version’s spin is the use of slices of radish that provide a white and red element in the presentation along with a little twist to the flavor.

To keep the vegetable crisp by keeping chilled then add the dressing just before serving.

Radish is a tasty root vegetable that isn’t used very often so this recipe makes for an unexpected treat as a side dish to your next barbecue or outdoor dinner.
