Grilled Bok Choy is a quick and easy vegetable side dish that can be cooked at your next barbecue or camp out. We use baby bok choy for this recipe because it is tender and easy to use. But you can use larger bok choy and quarter it instead of cutting in half.Â
There is minimal preparation for this recipe, making it ideal as a side dish to a more complicated main meal. The flavoring is subtle with a light sprinkling of an herb rub and a pat of butter. It compliments most dishes, especially grilled fish and chicken.
Compared to many barbecue side dishes this is a healthy option for bringing fresh green vegetables to the table. To make it healthier, substitute the butter with olive oil.Â
