Healthy grilled chicken breasts get a wonderful outdoor smokey flavor before being topped with traditional Chicken Parma toppings of pasta sauce and cheese.
Michael Deallaporta grew up in his mother’s restaurants. Like all good chefs, he started as dishwasher. He attended The New England Culinary Institute after high school, and then landed in Vail, CO. He worked his way up from line cook to executive chef and then went on to own and run his own catering business.
Family brought Michael to Georgia, where he eventually ended up meeting Brad Barrett of GrillGrates. He is currently their Webmaster and corporate chef.
Michael prefers cooking outdoors over a live fire, and doesn’t even own a gas grill. He is also passionate about charcuterie work.
