Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts
Not one of the favorites in the vegetable category, Brussels sprouts have an unfortunate reputation, but they are taken to a whole new level in this recipe with the help of butter, garlic, and bacon.
This make a perfect side dish while acmping or in the back yard, adding a bit of green to any meal.
If you REALLY don;t like brussels sprouts try using cabbage instead.

4 rashes (pieces) streaky bacon, diced
2 tablespoon2 crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons thinly grated (shredded)Parmesan

skillet or frypan
Prepare the Brussels’s sprouts by removing any remaining stalk, dirty/damaged outer leaves, then slice in half.
Heat a skillet gently, melting the butter. When all melted add the Brussel’s sprouts and saute.
When the sprouts are starting to soften add the diced bacon, garlic and chili flakes. Cook until the sprouts are soft and the garlic lost is pungency.
Just before serving stir through the Parmesan cheese. When plated drizzle the lemon juice.
