Vanilla Cookie Smore

Two stacks of two vanilla cookie smores.

A perfect sweet snack to have by the campfire, these vanilla cookie smores use milk chocolate. They are a small version of the traditional graham cracker smore. The name comes from the idea that once you have a bite, you’ll want “some more.”

These mini smores are a great way to get the young comfortable with cooking and being around a campfire. The marshmallows are cooked over hot coals before being sandwiched in between the chocolate and vanilla cookies.

It is a great way to end a busy day with a sweet treat while relaxing around the warming heat of a campfire and reflecting on the adventures of a fun day outdoors. The mini size of these smores makes them fun to eat in one bite. But, we bet you can’t just eat one.

The use of a vanilla cookie offers a thicker outer layer for the smore than the sometimes soft and crumbly graham cracker.
