4 pork chops 1 inch thick
3 green apples
2 cups raspberries
1 cup white wine
8 oz (225g) raspberry and chipotle sauce

Apply the Texas style steak rub onto the pork chops.
Peel, core and slice the apples, then saute them in a small pan with the raspberries and white wine to create a sweet sauce.
Place the chops on the grill rack of an Ultimate Dutch Oven, with smoke chips in the base. Cook at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
Glaze the chops with the raspberry and chipotle sauce then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Let the cooked chops rest for 5 minutes, then serve topped with the apple and raspberry wine sauce.
