We all love a cold refreshing drink of Lemonade while outdoors, but if you are tired of the traditional style, add a spin with this Grilled Version!
Pineapple sangria is a refreshing summer cocktail that is perfect for large crowds. The next time you are hosting or going to a cookout, make sure to whip up a batch of this drink.
Traditional sangria, from Spain, is often made of red wine and fresh fruit. However, you can use different types of wine.
Fresh fruit, like pineapple and oranges, add a ton of flavor. Brandy and white wine give this drink a kick, and fresh mint cools the concoction.
3 cups pineapple juice
1 bottle dry white wine
1 cup brandy
1/2 ripe pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 can club soda
ice, as needed
1 bunch fresh mint, roughly chopped
1 orange, sliced
In a pitcher, combine the juice, wine, brandy, pineapple, and soda with ice and stir.
Pour into large wine glasses and garnish with the mint and orange slices.
