This is a sassy pizza-inspired finger food recipe perfect to share at an event or to make on the trail. The mini pizza crackers only have five simple ingredients the main being a cracker that can accommodate gluten-free to whole grain preferences.
They are just as great as an after-school snack at the playground to devour around the campfire. They can be fancy pre-dinner finger food or sit in the dirt lunch while hiking a trail.
The ingredients can be selected on the nature of your outdoor adventure from quality ingredients in the backyard to more robust selections of long outdoor adventures such as processed cheese and jerky or meat sticks instead of the ham.
