  • 1 box crackers
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 tin pineapple
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 150 g grated cheese

Directions

  • Layout the crackers on a tray.
  • Spread each cracker with a thick layer of sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Place the toppings on the sauce and cheese, the fancier the event the more time that can be spent on this aspect. Sprinkle again with cheese.
  • Eat the mini pizza crackers as a healthy snack.
    Alternatively: Place the tray in a closed grill and keep an eye on the cheese until melted, all the ingredients are already cooked, we are just trying to melt the cheese. Be careful as the crackers can blacken if left in high heat too long.
