We all love a good chicken wing and this is one of the best, being quick and easy to make yet still tastes great. A first-place winning one at a BBQ competition, in fact!
There are two steps to making these wings but it is worth the effort. Initially the wings are smoked, then sauced, then grilled to finish, creating the smoky-sweet flavor.
How spicy they are is up to you. Sweet chili sauce is typically pretty mild to most but it can easily be pumped up with some hot sauce, sriracha, or sambal oelek. The flavor can be completely swapped out for something like barbecue or buffalo sauce.
