I like to take a “normal” meal and put a twist on it including cooking it outdoors on charcoal, wood, or propane.
I have been competing in KCBS and PNWBA sanctioned events since 2009. I like to cook and travel and so I do compete in North America, Europe, The UK, and Australia. I enjoy the BBQ competitions but I really like to get creative with food on the BBQ, often cooking things most people don’t think of grilling.
