Fish and Chips with Smoked Salmon
For a fun and tasty appetizer or finger food, this is a cute little twist on the term ‘Fish and Chips‘ that uses Smoked Salmon as the fish and packaged potato chips.
Run out of chips and have some tortillas siting around, turn them in to tortilla chips to snack on by baking until crisp.
These tortilla chips are ideal to have with are grilled salsa or guacamole.
Try adding spices or a rub to the chips to add an extra flavor boost. Experiment to see which flavor you enjoy the most.
5 tortillas
salt and pepper
olive oil
camp oven
Cut the tortillas into 1 inch (3cm) triangles.
Lay the triangles on a baking pan, brush with the oil on then season with salt and peeper.
Put in camp oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the tortilla chips cool for 10 minutes before eating.
