Tortilla Chips

Baked tortilla chips spread out on a baking sheet.

Did you run out of chips and have some tortillas sitting around? Turn them into tortilla chips to snack on by baking them until crisp. With a few simple steps, you can make your very own tortilla chips.

These tortilla chips are ideal to have with grilled salsa or guacamole. You can play around with how much salt and pepper you add, catering them to your exact tastes. This baked version is also much healthier than the deep-fried chips you get in bags at the store.

Try adding spices or a rub to the chips to add an extra flavor boost. Experiment to see which flavor you enjoy the most.
