Pork Tenderloin Marinade

Close up of a pork tenderloin covered in marinade in a clear plastic bag.

An aromatic pork tenderloin marinade that combines garlic, herbs, wine, and oils. Once marinated, you can cook the pork on the BBQ or in a smoker or Dutch oven.

Although specifically referencing pork tenderloin in this recipe, the marinade also works great on fish, chicken, and other meats.

As there is little sugar in the recipe it is great for grilling as it doesn’t caramelize (aka burn) quickly.
