salt, to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon ground garlic
4 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon chilli flakes or to taste
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
4 lamb cutlets
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper, butter, garlic, whole grain mustard, chili flake, cumin, orange juice, and rosemary.
Slather the lamb cutlets in the mustard slather
Prepare a grill for indirect heat.
Cook the cutlets until the desired doneness, aiming for a slightly blush color when sliced.
Remove from the grill and let the lamb rest before slicing.
