Lamb cutlets are a nice change to cook while camping. With a lot of various cooking options, this recipe uses a whole grain mustard slather before being fried. The slather both acts as a tenderizer and a flavor booster.
This is a very versatile recipe that calls for a frypan but can be easily cooked in a skillet, on a griddle, or on a flat top grill. The heat source can be a gas stove, campfire, or grill.
This is a perfect quick and easy meal to make and serve with other summer favorites like a range of salad options. If cooking in the winter it also goes well with hearty sides like mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.

- Cook the lamb until the desired doneness, aiming for a slightly blush pink color when sliced.
- Remove from the frypan and let the lamb rest before serving.
