Griddle Philly Cheesesteak

Combined onions, peppers, and beef topped by a melting cheese slice and covered with a split roll cooking on a griddle.

Philly cheesesteak is super tasty and a great lunch option for the BBQ, especially when camping. Marinated steak, veggies, and cheese are served in a roll.

This is my version of the American Philly Cheese Steak (sometimes also called a Philly Steak or Cheesesteak). Basically, it is meat marinated in garlic and soy sauce with cooked vegetables combined in a roll with cheese melted on top. It is super tasty and a great option for the BBQ, especially when camping.

A favorite while camping it is easy to cook on a BBQ griddle for larger numbers, or in a skillet if just cooking for the family.
