Yogurt layered with raspberries and cereal is a healthy yet pretty breakfast. Breakfast parfaits are great for camp mornings when you don’t want to cook.
Feel free to substitute the raspberries with any fresh, seasonal fruit or something you have foraged locally. Granola makes a nice change to the cereal, as well.
If health conscious be cautious on the yogurt selection, some sweet yogurts can have more sugar than a candy bar!
1 large tub vanilla yogurt
1 pound (500g) raspberries
1 cup of your favorite cereal
4 disposable plastic cups
Set the four plastics on a work surface and layer evenly in order: yogurt, berries, yogurt, berries, yogurt and cereal.
Serve immediately or chill until needed. If chilling, don’t add the cereal until just before serving, otherwise it will become soggy.
