Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops
Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops are seasoned simply with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then grilled for a crisp outside and tender center. These work perfectly as an appetizer or a side dish to a seafood entrée.
They are very flexible when it comes to serving which can work as a finger food, appetizer, or side element to a main course.
Be careful not to overcook the scallops. They only need to cook for a few minutes on each side, otherwise they will become tough and chewy.
