Easy Meatball Tikka Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 48 meatballs
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves to garnish
- cooked rice for serving

Directions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meatballs and onions then cook until golden brown.
- Stir in the tomato paste, garlic, ginger, garam masala, chili powder, and turmeric until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and chicken stock. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the heavy cream until heated through, about 1 minute.
- Serve with the rice preparation of your choice.
