After thirty years of barbecuing for friends and family, James Hare was not satisfied with commercial BBQ rubs. He set out to make his own, with a unique flavor that complements meat, but does not overpower it.
Cucamonga Cattle Company, led by James, is now a competition BBQ team. Look for them participating in competitions showcasing their BBQ rubs and sauces. Also a Kansas City Barbeque Society judge, James is continuing to develop new flavor profiles for his rubs and sauces.
