Sage Sanchez was born and raised in Southern California and has now lived in the Pacific Northwest for the last 20 years. He has had a passion for grilling ever since he was taught how to use a bbq when he was only 12 years old.
Sage Sanchez was building his career in social work until he was offered a partnership in a food service where he could put his personal grill mastery to the test and see if the public enjoyed his food as much as his family and friends.
Sage has been developing his skills in various styles of grilling more intentionally for the last 11 years and is now currently the US (United States) Demonstration Chef for the Australian grill company Everdure by Heston Blumenthal.
