Cover half the banana slices with peanut butter, then top with another slice of banana.
In a double boiler melt the chocolate until smooth and flowing easily.
Hold a banana peanut butter sandwich on a fork, then drizzle it with chocolate to fully cover it, or place it on a wire rack and cover it with chocolate there.
Once the bananas are covered in chocolate, place them on parchment paper on a baking tray. Place them in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
