Directions
Slice the apples very thin, about 1/12 of an inch (1mm to 2mm) thick. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and/or flavor guard if using.
Lay the apple slices carefully in the dehydrator in a single layer so they don’t overlap.
Set the temperature to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C) then set it to cook for 5 hours.
When finished store in bags in the fridge until needed.
