Equipment
1 large Ziplock bag
Directions
In a Ziploc bag combine the garlic, coriander, soy sauce, wine, and oils. Let the flavors combine for a few minutes.
Trim any excess fat or similar from the pork tenderloin. Cut into the desired serving sizes or leave whole.
Add the pork to the bag containing the marinade and chill for at least 2 hours. Remove from marinade and cook as desired.
