Directions
Prepare the red onion and different colored bell peppers by cutting them into equally sized pieces.
Remove any fat or silverskin from the steak. Cube into pieces about the same size as the onions and bell peppers.
Thread a skewer alternating with the onion, bell pepper, and steak.
Place the beef kebobs in a dish then add the Italian dressing and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour while you set up the smoker.
Preheat the smoker to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Remove the beef kebobs from the marinade then dust lightly with fajita seasoning.
Place the beef kebobs on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove and serve straight away.
