Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meatballs and onions then cook until golden brown.
Stir in the tomato paste, garlic, ginger, garam masala, chili powder, and turmeric until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the tomato sauce and chicken stock. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the heavy cream until heated through, about 1 minute.
Serve with the rice preparation of your choice.
