Directions
Preheat a grill for direct grilling at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) and indirect grilling at 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
Coat the pork steaks with a light dusting of the Pork Marinade and the Sweet & Savory Seasoning.
Sear the steaks over direct heat for 6 minutes per side, to get dark grill marks. While searing, baste the steaks with the cola.
Move the steaks to the indirect heat side of the grill and finish cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees F (70 degrees C), 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the steaks from the grill and slather in the Smokey Mountain BBQ sauce. Return the steaks to the direct heat side of the grill for 5 minutes to caramelize. Serve immediately.
