Directions
Homemade Burger Pattie
Place the mince in a bowl then add the onions and herb mix.
Mix well with your hands then shape into 12 round flat patties.
Cream Cheese Filling
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and chili powder.
Divide the cream cheese mixture into 6 pieces and form them into flat disks.
To Prepare
Place a disk of cheese onto a patty then cover with a second patty. Carefully pressure the meat together to create one complete burger patty.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Preheat a flat top grill to medium heat.
Cook the burger patties on the flat top grill to the desired doneness. Serve with buns and your favorite condiments.
