This tri-tip is beautiful with is slightly Asian flavors coming from teriyaki and pineapple, then grilled. It can can be used in tacos, wraps or sandwiches.
In a large ziplock bag combine the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the tri-tip to the ziplock bag and seal. Chill for at least four hours occasionally turning the bag.

Remove the tri-tip from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature. Pat dry and generously season all sides of tri-tip with the beef rub.
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F (102 degrees C).
Place the tri-tip directly on the grill and cook for 15 minutes on each side. Testing the internal temperature cook to your preferred doneness.Tip: To get criss-cross grill marks, rotate the tri-tip 90 degrees at the 7-minute mark on each side.
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Slice the tri-tip against the grain, remembering the grain changes direction part way through the piece of meat.
