Directions
Lightly grease the Dutch oven with the oil. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix the flour, sugar, melted butter, and the beer in a bowl, stirring until fairly smooth.
Spoon the batter into the prepared Dutch oven.
Bake the bread for 45 to 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the top of the loaf comes out clean, or with a few moist crumbs clinging to it.
Let the bread sit in the Dutch oven for 5 minutes, then turn it out onto a cooling rack.
Wait until the bread cools completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
