This is a lightweight and very tasty noodle soup that's perfect for a day hikeor overnight trek. You can add protein such as dried sausage or jerky to make a more complete meal.
Add the noodles, powdered chicken stock, garlic, ginger, chili, and cilantro to a mug. Alternatively, you can pre-make this mix and bring it pre-mixed.
Boil the water then add to the soup. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before eating.
