Add the flour, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, garlic, and onion to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Beer Batter
Crack the two eggs into a fresh bowl and whisk.
Add to the eggs the can of beer, plain flour, pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
Chicken
Dust the chicken in the seasoned flour until completely covered. Then dip the chicken in the beer batter ensuring it is completely covered. Then return to the seasoned flour.
Heat the oil in a deep fryer or oil in a pot until 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).
Add the chicken in small batches so no two pieces are touching. Deep fry until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown. Serve hot.
