Siracha and Honey Sauce

honey

Gateway Drum Smoker
or similar smoker
heatproof bowl
Directions
Preheat the smoker to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Siracha and Honey Sauce
Add the butter to the heatproof bowl and place it in the smoker until the butter has melted.
Add the honey and sriracha to the melted butter then stir until well combined. Leave in a warm place until needed.
Chicken Wings
Toss the chicken wings in the BBQ rub so evenly coated. If using a Gateway Drum Smoker, place the rack on the middle level.
Add the seasoned chicken wings to the smoker spreading them evenly across the rack so they evenly get heat. Leave to cook for 30 minutes.
Turn all the chicken wings over then cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Check that the wings are cooked, if not continue to cook while checking regularly until cooked through.
Once the chicken wings are cooked ad them to the sriracha and honey sauce and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
