Directions
Put the water on to boil in a pot.
Prepare the vegetables by peeling the carrots and potatoes. Slice the carrots and dice the potatoes and onions.
Add the prepared vegetables to the pot of boing water.
Once all of the vegetables are in the water and it is back to a boil add the corned beef.
Simmer until the corned beef has broken up and flavored the stew.
