Skillet Brussels sprouts are a savory side dish, which complements many outdoor meals. Tossed with bacon and onions and cooked on the grill, this dish has a great smoky flavor.
Light the campfire; once glowing, heat a heavy cast-iron skillet to medium temperature.
Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends. Slice the sprouts in half, if desired.
Add the sprouts, bacon, and onions to the skillet. Drizzle with oil and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with the seasoning.
Place the skillet toward the back of the grill over medium heat and let cook until the sprouts are slightly browned around the edges and the bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.
