Pitbull BBQ’s Crispy Barbecue Boar Belly is slow cooked in a smoker until falling-apart tender. Served in a sweet and spicy Asian-inspired barbecue sauce, the whole dish is served over cooked rice.
Cooking has always been a passion for Anthony Minderman. He learned to cook from his mother, and later became involved with barbecue by working with his father-in-law, who hails from Texas.
Anthony became hooked on barbecue over the last eight years, and has since been perfecting his rubs and sauce. He has been competing as part of the Pitbull BBQ team for the last four years in Alaska, and has recently joined the PNWBA circuit.
