Meat Recipe Ideas

Meat is a high protein ingredient and one often associated with fire cooking.  With a history going back thousands of years conjuring up images of cavemen it is still popular today.

Meat can be broken down into two main types, red meat, and white meat. Red is beef, lamb, bison, and similar, while white meat is chicken, turkey, duck, and similar.

Meat can be cooked using any cooking method including, grilling, smoking, frying, and stewing, just as the more popular examples.
